By creating or contributing to a Keepsule gallery, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
Only upload photos and videos you have the right to share. Don’t upload anything unlawful, hateful, or that violates someone’s privacy. The organizer (the host) is responsible for the content collected in their gallery and may remove any of it.
Your content stays yours
You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant Keepsule the limited permission needed to store the content and display it in that event’s gallery, and to let the host download it.
Availability
Keepsule is provided as-is. We work to keep it running but can’t guarantee uninterrupted service, and galleries remain accessible for 12 months after the event (see the Privacy Policy).
Deletion
The host can permanently delete their event and all its content at any time. We may remove content that violates these terms.
